Evolution and Conservation Genomics
Our lab is interested in the evolutionary processes that underlie genetic diversity and differentiation, particularly as they relate to environmental change and conservation priorities. We apply genomic data, geospatial information systems, statistical genetic analyses, and computational approaches to field-based questions. While we work with a diversity of organisms, most of our current research is with amphibians and reptiles.
We're recruiting Master's students to start Fall 2025. Email Lauren (chanlm at calpoly dot edu) if interested
